Howdy, I'm Jenna! I created The Cookie Cowgirl after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2023 and quickly realized how isolating going gluten free can be. This is especially true when the only GF option at a party is a dry and boring boxed cookie.

So I set out to redefine what it means to make gluten free cookies that EVERYONE wants to try. And that is how The Cookie Cowgirl was born.
